Oscar Bigi checks his 1938 Citroen Big 6 in readiness for the AccessKenya Africa Concours d’Elegance which will be held on September 27th at the Nairobi Racecourse. This will be the first appearance of a pre-World War II Citroen in the 39 year history of the Concours.
