2025 ENTRY FORM

Entry Form and Important Notes
1. This entry form must be completed in every detail if the entry is to be accepted.
2. Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate entry fees as below.

*Foreign entries from outside Kenya do not require any entry fees.

Normal entry fee (up to noon on Friday September 12^th, 2025)            Kshs. 4,000 per entry

Plus temporary membership of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club (for non-member)  Kshs.  500

Fee for second and subsequent entries                                                   Kshs. 3,000 per entry

Late entry fee (up to noon on Wednesday September 17^th, 2025)        Kshs. 8,000 per entry

Plus temporary membership of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club (for non-member)  Kshs.  500

Fee for second and subsequent entries                                                  Kshs. 6,000 per entry

3. Each entry form must be accompanied by a copy of the vehicle log book or some form of proof of age.

In cases where documentary proof of age is unavailable, inadequate, or not appropriate, the organisers will date the vehicle by assessing the age of the main structure. If a vehicle consists of a variety of parts made by several manufacturers in different years, the date of completion of building the vehicle will be the age of the machine for the purpose of judging at the Africa Concours d’Elegance. The dating of a car, or a motorcycle will be carried out together with the entrant.

4. A separate entry form must be used for each vehicle entered.
