4. Terms and Conditions:

(a) The club/commission will comply with the rules and regulations of Motor Sport Arcade which I/we have read and understood.

(b) The club/commission will save harmless and keep indemnified the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, the Jockey Club of Kenya and their respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demand in respect of loss, death or injury however caused arising out of or in connection with taking part in this event, and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed by the negligence of the said bodies, their official servants, representatives or agents.

(c) The Alfa Romeo Owners Club and the Jockey Club of Kenya have no responsibility for the security of the club/commission staff, exhibits and display material at the Nairobi Racecourse between 9:00am on Wednesday, September 24^th 2025 (when the event opens for stand building) and noon on Monday, September 29^th 2025 (the deadline for dismantling stands and clearing plots), or afterwards.
